Prevention is our most powerful tool to stop the cycle before it ever begins. As a youth mentor, you will stand in the gap for at-risk teenagers in Springfield who need guidance, accountability, and positive role models. By volunteering your time to facilitate our group mentorship circles or offer one-on-one support, you help young people navigate difficult choices, stay in school, and build a positive vision for their future.

True freedom requires economic stability. We are looking for local Springfield business owners, managers, and corporate partners willing to break down hiring barriers and offer stable, meaningful job placements to returning citizens. By becoming a certified Second-Chance Employer, your business provides the critical financial lifeline that individuals coming home need to secure housing, support their families, and successfully rebuild their lives.

Stepping out of a facility after decades inside can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. Our Care Kit volunteers help collect, organize, and package essential items for individuals returning home to the community. These packages provide immediate dignity and relief by supplying returning citizens with fresh clothing, basic hygiene products, seasonal outerwear, and pre-activated cell phones to help them reconnect with family.

You don't need a background in criminal justice to make a massive impact on our mission. We are constantly seeking volunteers to share their unique professional skills to empower our community members. Whether you can donate a few hours to teach resume writing, conduct mock interviews, tutor individuals pursuing higher education, or help returning citizens navigate the complex digital systems of modern job applications, your professional expertise creates a direct path to independence.

Behind every successful initiative is a dedicated team keeping operations running smoothly. As a member of our Support Squad, you will provide critical hands-on assistance across our day-to-day business and public outreach campaigns. Volunteers in this versatile group help with general administrative tasks, grant coordination, promotional events, and essential event logistics—including setup, breakdown, and staffing our community information booths. If you want to help wherever the need is greatest, your energy and time will keep our mission moving forward.
Corporate & Business Partnerships
We believe in the power of collective impact. We are seeking strategic B2B partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, trade schools, and wellness organizations to co-develop and strengthen our core programs. If your agency can provide specialized instruction for our Workforce Development training, direct resources for our Educational Programs, or professional care tracks for our Mental Health & Wellness workshops, let’s join forces. By integrating your professional services with our frontline community access, we can build a comprehensive network of care that ensures long-term independence.
Form a Programmatic Partnership
Invest in systemic reform on a larger scale. We offer structured, tax-deductible corporate sponsorship tiers from $500 to $5,000+ that directly fund our community operations. Your corporate sponsorship can sponsor individual re-entry care kits for returning citizens, fund comprehensive local youth mentorship workshops, or secure prominent, year-long branding exposure for your company across our website, newsletters, and public event banners.
